Insurance

Quietude Counseling is an in-network provider for Asuris Northwest Health, LifeWise, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield and United Healthcare.

If you would like to work with Quietude Counseling but have another form of insurance, please contact your insurance provider and ask about their out-of-network coverage for mental health services. Many insurances offer partial coverage or reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

In all cases, we strongly recommend you reach out to your insurance provider to understand your co-payment and deductible responsibilities.

Consider asking the following:

What is my deductible for mental health services?
What percentage of my therapy fees are covered?
How many therapy sessions are covered per year?
What is my coverage/reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?
What forms do I need to fill out for reimbursement?
